I do the same. I cut down as much and still cannot discover where is the missing element. My original
score has 59 measures.

If you try to make your example more minimal, you may figure out the issue on your own. 9 times out of 10 when I start writing an email to the list I never send it because I uncover the issue while creating a tiny example.
