spacing of triplets

Hello,

 

The attached file, InPlace.pdf, is a scan of three measures of a thirty seven measure movement. Notice the triplets in the lower staff. They are not evenly spaced.

When I extract the code for these measures, extracted.ly, the triplets are more evenly spaced, extracted.pdf.

 

Where should I look for a remedy?
