Hi Peter, I don't know if it's possible to specify the output format in the Lilypond file, but you can choose the paper size from the command line: http://www.lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/usage/command_002dline-usage Then you have two commands to run, but you don't have to update your Lilypond file.
