In some hand-engraved scores I've seen, this situation is remedied by doing a split-stem for the c and cs, but LilyPond doesn't do this very well at the moment, so here are my two suggestions:1. 2. Move the d to the other voice, which doesn't require an override:

Either way, the accidentals are stacked correctly, so the intention should be clear.
