Hi, Maybe this is useful for those who want to run Frescobaldi from Git.I just succeeded running Frescobaldi using a Git clone as described in this wiki:https://github.com/wbsoft/frescobaldi/wiki/Run-Frescobaldi-from-gitBut I had to change my desktop file to run Frescobaldi from the menu (Ubuntu 15.04/Unity)Exec=env PYTHONPATH=/path-to-python-ly/python-ly /path-to-frescobaldi/frescobaldi %FThe way to set the environment variable in the .desktop file is not documented in the wiki.
Because the environment variable is set in .bashrc (the advantage is that it will work either if frescobaldi is run from terminal and if it's run from the desktop).
You missed that part of the wiki or didn't work for you?
