At most by suggestive spacing, I think - if at all.
But that does not matter when you're scientifically editing manuscript musical examples - when doing so I'd like to replicate even those features of the author's writing habits that I generally find inadvisable.
Anyway, Thomas Morley's code accomplishes what I couldn't: force the accidental to "jump over" the left note head to the right. Thanks much!
