Hi Tim,
Even if this is no Windows forum... ;)
In Windows 10, the contents of the Start Menu Folder (including alle the
shortcuts) can be found in
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
There, you'll be able to see the Frescobaldi (and all the other) shortcuts
and, more importantly, their properties.
