Not sure if this is the best place to report this, but the PDF manuals linked from http://lilypond.org/development.html appear to be malformed. Compare page 1 of notation.pdf from v2.18 and v2.19:

The other files such as leaning.pdf and snippets.pdf show similar malformations.
