Absolute barline absolute position in the pdf

Dear community, 

I am working on an automatic score following system but in order to move the score properly I would need to know the absolute position (x,y) in the rendered pdf for each measure, for example, knowing the bar lines positions would be perfect.  

Any idea/help would be very welcome
