I found it.
However without the -"legato" the \f is centered , with the -"legato" it is not. How to draw them on the same line?

dynOrgel = {
  {
       s2\f s4-"legato"
  }
}
...
\new Dynamics = "dynOrgel" {  \dynOrgel }
