fingering footnote

I would like to create a footnote attached to a fingering. Ideally something like this

\version "2.19.82"

{b\finger "2*"}

... and then in the footnote I would like to give some indication about the fingering.

I saw the footnote examples but I have not been able to attach them to the fingering. How can I do it?
