OK, but...

It has more accidentals than I dreamed of existing. The lilypond
ones are 'Stein-Zimmerman' (whatever that is!) and semisharp and
semiflat are U+E280 and U+E282.

... please be aware that Unicode characters U+Exxx are from the
Private Use Area (PUA), which isn't standardized.  It's just the SMuFL
convention that gives them those character codes.  In other words, you
are now bound to fonts that are compatible with SMuFL.

Probably does not matter much, but the CSUR [1] and UCSUR [2] also make use of the private-use areas U+E000..U+F8FF and U+F0000-U+10FFFF.
