Used piano template, but need extra melody staff

Hey all,

I'm making my first Lilypond sheet, for which I used template A.2.2 Piano and melody with lyrics: http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/learning/piano-and-melody-with-lyrics 

I didn't need the lyrics, so I removed the "text" thingy (text context?) and that worked just fine, but halfway through notating the song I realized that I actually need a second melody staff. Maybe a rookie question, but how do I add one?
