Under W10, the compilation fails after the second attempt:

C:/Program Files (x86)/LilyPond 2-21-4/usr/share/lilypond/current/scm/lily.scm:567:7: In procedure delete-file in _expression_ (delete-file dst):

Exited with return code 1.

But works at the third attempt (but fails at the 4th etc.)

Today we released build 2.21.4, the next development release of LilyPond.
Amongst other updates, this corrects the problems with the documentation in
the previous release.
