Which version are you using? The Piano_pedal_performer *should* be
outputting events for the following:
MIDI CC 64 (0x40) - Damper Pedal On/Off
MIDI CC 66 (0x42) - Sostenuto Pedal On/Off
MIDI CC 67 (0x43) - Soft Pedal On/Off
