Hello Stephane,

Lilyponds Lyrics do not work this way. Basically everything that is in one 
Lyrics context goes into one line (unless you really force it to do 
otherwise). A \set stanza = ... does not change the Line, it just determines 
the symbol printed in front of the stanza. So if you do this in one Lyrics 
constext multiple times, you’ll change the stanza symbol, but remain on the 
same line.

The way to get multiple lines in Lilypond is just using a separate Lyrics 
context for each single stanza.
