Lilypond Windows - missing text fonts

Subject: Lilypond Windows - missing text fonts

Ever since I upgraded to 2.20, my Windows installation of Lilypond has failed to detect most of the text fonts installed on my computer. The problem remains with 2.22.
Is this a known problem, and is there an easy fix?
