\set Staff.explicitKeySignatureVisibility = #end-of-line-invisible

The explanation for this is actually documented in NR 5.4.7 Visibility of objects > Special considerations

Xavier's answer is correct. That said, if you are creating separate exercises,
consider creating different score blocks for them rather than overriding the
formatting.
