in the Windows registry, there is a folder that seems to contain all
configuration settings:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\frescobaldi
Probably it appears at a second location, a sub-path of
Computer\HKEY_USERS
As far as I know, one of them is just a copy of the other.
