Hi;

The "R.H." instruction with 45 degree slope down and up from treble to
bass clef: How?

Please show me in the documentation where I can improve my "R.H." directive.

  I have two screenshots attached. One is the example from which I am
engraving and the other is what I have engraved.  Each is one bar in
length.  This is "The Way We Were" arranged for Piano. This is bar
#20.  I have also attached my LIlypond source.
