Indeed, the JACK thread wasn't managed properly. I've found and fixed the problem in the current version 0.8.1 beta 1.

I don't know if this will fix the problem you have reported. Please test the new version and tell me if you can reproduce it.

Type the following command to download lingot 0.8.1b1:

hg clone -r v0_8_1b1 http://hg.sv.gnu.org/hgweb/lingot
