isn't really exemplary netiquette style.
Anyway, the problem you see probably stems from not having the -dev
packages installed. Your best bet is to use Debian's debian/control
files for the linphone packages in Bullseye as orientation for what to
install. You can also try to compile the Debian source packages on
Ubuntu. 20.04 seems new enough that this could actually work.
