lout-mode.el ?

Thanks for the new release (3.02); it works out off the box for my Linux
system (BOGUS distribution 1.0.1: gcc 2.5.8, libc 4.5.26, kernel
1.1.68).

My question:

Which tools do support editing `lout' code?  To be a little more
specific: Is there a special Emacs mode (something like lout-mode.el)?

Or even better: I want to write SGML documents.  So, all I need are some
DTDs to produce `lout' code; are DTDs just available?
