Lout Version 3.05 update

This message is being sent to everyone on my private Lout mailing
list, and also to the public Lout mailing list.  If you don't want
to receive such messages, let me know and I will delete your name
from my private list (I don't control the public list).

Version 3.05 has been installing very smoothly on nearly all
systems.  However, I am concerned by a report from one user who
installed Lout successfully (including the initialization run)
on OS/2, but then was unable to format the User's Guide owing
to what looks like a problem reading a database index file.  If
you are interested in DOS, OS/2 or similar installations of Lout,
could you please try it out asap and let me know how it goes?  I
would like to sort this problem out now if I can.
