In your "@Use { @DocumentLayout }" clause set
@(Intro)?(Start)?(Odd|Even)(Top|Foot) to appropriate values (and keep
@PageHeaders Simple)
E.g.
@Use { @DocumentLayout
# First page -- footer
@StartOddFoot { @Centre {- @PageNum -} @Right @YourID }
# Ordinary pages -- headers
@OddTop { @Centre {- @PageNum -} @Right @YourID }
@EvenTop { @YourID @Centre {- @PageNum -} }
}
