I'm beginning work on Version 3.12, which I hope will be a new
stable release. Can I please have any outstanding bug reports
(don't resend, I keep all Lout mail), and especially can I have
reports on installation of 3.11 on Dos-like systems that previously
suffered from the database reading problem.
