Old PDF bug still there

It seems that my patch to z48 was not applied completely.  Lout 3.13
still suffers from the bug in PDF backend that corrupts some internal
variables.  In PDFPage_Init g_graphics_vars is initialized using
indices meant to be used with g_units.  Depending on how lucky you are
this might be bening, but VC allocates memory in such a way that this
out of bounds assignement clobbers g_cur_page_block.
