No @SectionList.. with @Report in 3.16

Hi,

I am trying to write a report in lout 3.16 with @Report
can keep getting these errors.

    21,1: no @SectionList precedes this @SectionList&&preceding

Line 21 is just after the "//". which is a @Section... block.


any help would be appreciated.
