Hi Jeff
That's good to hear. As Michael said,
finding someone to write it would be difficult.
Undoubtedly, a lot of time would be required
to write such a book and the financial rewards
would be uncertain. Even if it is sold direct, at a
fairly high price, (without publishers + other
middlemen taking their cut) the monetary return
on the author's time may not be high? There
again, how many technical books make their
authors any money?
I don't know, just thinking of the practicalities
(that's always depressing ;-))
