Scientific article set-up (IEEE)

Hi there,

does for Lout exist a predefined setup (like Report, Book etc)
for scientific article like those published in the
proceedings of IEEE:
they are two columns in a page, centered title over all
page width, smaller bold characters for the author, 
probably prescribed font sizes/styles, etc etc... 
(example in attach).
