Error in italian.lh (and correction)

Presently lout does not hyphenate italian words that contain an
apostroph (this is sometimes annoying). So I have modified with a
guesswork the file italian.lh this way:

Now it seems to work fine. But I am not sure whether what I have done is
really correct (I ignore how a .lh file works). Can anybody confirm?
