prg2lout : mixing code and filled text

I would like to place Lout text inside Python code using the triple quotes and
@ symbol as an escape to Lout. First, using the CCommentEscapeToken as a guide
I added the Python versions """@ and '''@ but these failed to escape Lout text.
However, """@Lout and '''@Lout worked just fine. It's not clear to me why one
works and not the other.

Second, I can't seem to make the Lout text have different @Break styles than
the regular code. I would like the narratives to be ragged @Break rather than
lines @Break.

I've noticed when Lout text is excaped in C code using the /*@ */ delimiters,
the resulting text is also broken up rather than filled. Does prg2lout have a
way to fill escaped text from code comment blocks? I'm using the 3.25 version.

James
