How to set a @Tbl paint colour with RGB coords

Hi all,

I am trying to produce a table with a colored background of my choice. 
However, when I do :

        @Tbl
        paint { { 0.2 0.4 0.7 } @SetColour }    
        ...

The table appears as white background.
Am I doing something wrong ?
