This symbol is a Lout builtin symbol, introduced in 3.27 when
textures were added. It would appear, then, that your installation
of 3.30 has gone awry and you are using the 3.30 files but running
the 3.25 binary file. I suggest finding and removing all binary
files on your system called "lout", then re-installing 3.30.
