A0-sized posters

Hi,

I recently produced an A0-sized (841 mm × 1189 mm) poster using Lout.
Contrary to what older postings may suggest, it is no longer a problem
with Lout 3.31.  However, a trivial patch was required, which is
attached.

I produced a PDF using a command line looking somewhat like this:

  lout poster.lt | ps2pdf -sPAPERSIZE=a0 - poster.pdf

This PDF was then used to print the poster on a large-format printer.
