[Ltib] watchdog rebooting

Hello,

I've written and attached small patch which adds the option to select (and 
use) "watchdog rebooting" in busybox with the normal "reboot" init command.
It just sets the watchdog timer (if existing) to the minimum timeout of 1 
second, after the normal shutdown process.
I tested it with the Coldfire 5475 and 5485 - it works very well.
Are there any Hints/Suggestions according to this? - if not, I'll upload it to 
the GPP.
