[Ltib] Major CVS merge/update

Hi everyone,

I've just completed a long overdue major update of LTIB which is
available via savannah CVS (see:
http://www.bitshrine.org/autodocs/LtibFaq.html#ref_7 )

There is an extensive change-log available in
doc/LtibMergesFromFSL-20071105

I'll be doing some testing and further updates in the next few days.
Let me know if there are any questions or problems with this update.
