[Ltib] mtd-utils pakage

Hello,

I would like to reduce the mtd-utils footprint on the target side.  What
is the proper/easiest way in to determine in the .spec file(s) the
difference from when it is built for the target compared to the host
side build?

The mtd-utils looks like one of the few packages shared between host and
target.
