[Ltib] mux_server rpm build issue

Good evening,

Still trying to build ltib chain on my fresh Fedora, I am now facing issues with mux_server. Seems to have a patch issue. I Wonder why directory created is mux_sever-1.0 (and not se'r'ver).

I do not remember having faced this issue last time with my Debian. I am going to investigate how patch system works. Did someone face the same issue?
