Hi,

Thanks for previous answers. I changed toolchain to ARMv5te gcc-4.1.2 and CFLAGS line is now correct.
The following packages have been properly compiled:
 kernel-2.6.27.8-lpc32xx
 skell
 dev
Unfortunately, the package base_libs was not compiled.
Cause of the error can be sudden reboot during the first attempt to build.
How can I fix it?

Here is part of the output text (full output text i attached in text file):

It looks like the GCC 3.4.5 toolchain is being used with the
GCC 4.1.2 EABI CFLAG options. Usually when you select a
toolchain, the compiler options would automatically get updated
with the toolchain. But it you edit the custom compiler string,
this may not happen.

Try bringing up the LTIB config again and select the
ARMv5te gcc-4.1.2 toolchain. Make sure the CFLAGS line is:
   -O2 -fsigned-char -mfloat-abi=softfp -mfpu=vfp

There's really no reason not to use the default toolchain. If
you really want to use the GCC 3.4.5 toolchain, you won't get
VFP and EABI support. To select this option, pick the GCC 3.4.5
toolchain in the LTIB config menu and make sure the CFLAG line
is:
   -fsigned-char -msoft-float -O3
If you use GCC 3.4.5, you will also need to disable EABI and
VFP support in the kernel.

thanks,
Kevin

Hi Lukasz,

Some possible causes maybe your toolchain download is incomplete and
corrupt causing this, or spoofing is not working correctly (due to
download problems).

Which platform are you building? I can't tell, but assuming it's
phy3250 you can verify your toolchain by doing this (adapt if your
platform is different):

$ grep CONFIG_TOOLCHAIN config/platform/phy3250/.config
# CONFIG_TOOLCHAIN1 is not set
# CONFIG_TOOLCHAIN_CUSTOM is not set
CONFIG_TOOLCHAIN="tc-fsl-x86lnx-armeabi-nptl-4.1.2-3.i386.rpm"
CONFIG_TOOLCHAIN_PATH="/opt/freescale/usr/local/gcc-4.1.2-glibc-2.5-nptl-
3/arm-none-linux-gnueabi"
CONFIG_TOOLCHAIN_PREFIX="arm-none-linux-gnueabi-"
CONFIG_TOOLCHAIN_CFLAGS="-O2 -fsigned-char -mfloat-abi=softfp -mfpu=vfp"

$ cd /opt/ltib/pkgs
$ md5sum -c tc-fsl-x86lnx-armeabi-nptl-4.1.2-3.i386.rpm.md5
tc-fsl-x86lnx-armeabi-nptl-4.1.2-3.i386.rpm: OK

If that is okay, then do this:

$ export FS_DEBUG=1
$ ./ltib

This will give even more debug output showing the exact gcc invocation.
