[Ltib] [patch] MPC837x: increase DTC padding

Hi!

During tests with the MPC8377 development board (for which I sent
patches some days ago which were integrated into LTIB mainline), it
turned out that the device tree compiler DTC in the current LTIB
correctly honours the padding argument while the older one created much
bigger dtb's than requested.

For some reason, however, U-Boot on this board requires a padding of
more than the default 1 KiB (otherwise it will complain about NOSPC when
setting the ethernet mac address) - so I increased the default DTC
padding for this platform to 2 KiB.
