Hi Peter, That did not immediately work, but after a bit of trail-and-error (mostly error ;) I was able to get the desired result like this: /opt/freescale/ltib/usr/bin/rpm --root `pwd`/rootfs \ --dbpath /var/lib/rpm/ -q \ -f `pwd`/rootfs/etc/rc.d/init.d/settime skell-mx-1.0-2 Many thanks to you :) -- Michael N.
