Hmm, not sure what's happening due to the log.  I assume this is the
first run of LTIB on your machine (since it previously said you didn't
have sudo capability to run /opt/ltib/user/bin/rpm).

1) Does /opt/ltib/usr/bin/mconf exist (I assume not)?
2) If not, then what's in /opt/ltib/usr/bin and
/opt/ltib/usr/src/rpms/RPMS/*/ ?

I have a feeling that the host tools phase of the build failed (i.e.
where it says "Installing host support packages" failed and
host_config.log contains information indicating why.
