Hi @all developers,
as I am now member of the project (and wasn't when I submitted this patch),
I'd like to reopen this to hear your comments on including C++ compatibiliy
in header files.
To me, Christiaan's comment is quite unsatisfying! Creating separate wrapper
headers is confusing and not a good solution. I don't want to include this
into the stack if the majority of developers is against it. Since only
Christiaan has commented so far and he does not seem to be active any more,
I'd like to hear some more comments.
Without this patch, it's not possible to include lwIP into a C++-project
without modifying the source code or all include statements in the project.
And in my opinion, it's not a disadvantage for lwIP to be spread among C++
developers, is it?
