Oh, seems like someone read the trace better than me :-( You're right, of
course. The windows recv_wnd size is big enough... So this might be the slow
start algorithm of lwIP?

Splitting into two packets might work, but it's rather unusual for a
webserver, isn't it? I try that at home, only to see if it is our httpd or a
misconfiguration of that target.
