Follow-up Comment #13, bug #28106 (project lwip):
Kieran, you are right.
I didn't thought at first that (unacked == NULL) condition in
tcp_do_output_nagle() is sign of that some data already sent.
It will be fine later to implement forcing data delivery, may be using PSH
flag.
It will be interesting to test fast retransmit with bi-directional transmit
of high volumes,
how often will appear effect described in comment#2, comment#3.
(Sending pure ACK interleaved with data)
