Details:
Method to change the opts.h LWIP_EVENT_API #define setting is not consistent
with other opts.h options.
Currently, no define for LWIP_EVENT_API sets it to 0, using #define
LWIP_EVENT_API 1 sets it to 1 and using #define LWIP_EVENT_API 0 causes a
compiler warning because it is changed back to 1.
