Details:

Previously, from the API it was not apparent which type of echo server will be
used, in this case TCP echo on lwIP raw API. For a proper generalization we
want to see:

 - apps/tcpecho/tcpecho.c::tcpecho_init()
 - apps/tcpecho_raw/tcpecho_raw.c::tcpecho_raw_init()
 - apps/udpecho/udpecho.c::udpecho_init()

In future:

 - apps/udpecho_raw/udpecho_raw::udpecho_raw_init()
