Details:

LwipMibViewer and LwipMibCompiler generates empty root nodes.

You can reproduce this behaviour for example with this MIB file (in
attachement).

In reality and in other MIB viewers, this MIB file has only one root node and
all other nodes are only subnodes.

This error is somewhere deep in the SharpSnmpLib.Mib.
