Follow-up Comment #4, bug #47417 (project lwip):
I see this issue has been closed. Will this be implemented in the ethernetif.c
stub?
Also, I think ethernet_input() should handle ifinucastpkts and ifinnucastpkts
instead of the netif driver because from there they will be 'delivered to a
higher-layer protocol', as described in the MIB.
In lowpan6.c this is also (partially) done in lowpan6_input() just before
passing the pbuf to ip6_input().
Sorry if i'm wrong, but i can't wrap my head around it yet.
